We are especially proud of the restaurants Gostilna pri Lojzetu Dvorec Zemono and DAM boutique hotel & restaurant, which have received a Michelin star for several consecutive years. Some other restaurants in the destination have also been awarded distinctions by this most prestigious culinary guide.
According to the Gault&Millau Guide, one of the three most influential gastronomic guides in the world, Tomaž Kavčič from Gostilna pri Lojzetu was named Chef of the Year 2025. Currently, 21 restaurants from the destination are included in the Gault&Millau guide.
Gostilna Podfarovž pampers its guests with dishes which are typical of the valley, respect the traditional recipes and are created with a modern approach not only in the preparation process, but in the visuals, too. The ingredients are predominantly locally-produced, with the excellent local wines suited perfectly with the food.
