Olive Oil and Wine Festival
More than 15 olive oil producers and 25 winemakers
At the Olive Oil and Wine Festival, you’ll have the opportunity to taste premium extra virgin olive oils and select local wines. More than 15 olive growers and over 25 winemakers will be showcasing their products and will be happy to share their stories, vintages, and specialties with you.
At the workshop on pairing olive oil with food, led by an expert, you’ll learn how to choose the right oil for different dishes and how to elevate every meal with small details. You’ll learn to recognize the differences between oils and discover new ideas for using them in your home kitchen.
The event will be an opportunity for tasting, socializing, and discovering the latest trends from the world of olive oil and wine.
The festival will also feature the IOOC EVOO Slovenia awards ceremony.
