Ruxandra kick-started her first year of advertising by winning the Young European Creative of the year in ADC Awards. She joined Publicis Romania 5 years ago where her work was awarded at Cannes Lions, Golden Drum and Effie among others, for clients like Carrefour, Burger King and Coca-Cola.

She went on to be selected as one of the 15 high-potential senior creative women at Cannes Lions' See it Be it programme in 2019, and is currently a delegate and a speaker for the initiative. She got recognised as an outstanding creative woman by The Drum’s “50 under 30” and she’s a proud millennial that wants to fight ageism with her personal project “Millennial Medals”.  In her spare time she mentors young women through IAA and writes comedy sketches that will surely get her a writer spot at SNL one day (hopefully, fingers crossed, if someone in NY is reading this, please contact her).
