This session features two sets of people who are in a relationship.
A client-agency relationship.
But how well do they know each other? We’ll start by asking a few clever questions, to find out. And perhaps, raise a smile or two.
But this session has a serious side, as well. Because a positive and trusting client agency-relationship is hugely important, in developing great creative work that actually gets made - and then delivers great results.
A relationship based on trust, and mutual respect, allows people to disagree and to challenge each other in a positive way, so the end result is better than either party could have achieved alone.
To demonstrate the point, our two Agency-Client pairs, from very different parts of Europe, will each talk about a campaign they worked on together. Two successful campaigns, for two famous brands: Posti, the Postal service company re-inventing its image in Finland; and Subway, a global brand doing very well in Georgia.
And together, we will draw lessons that can help every client and every creative agency, to work better together and achieve award-winning results.
