Creative idea

I wanted to capture the feeling of ski jumping as more than just a sport, for me, it has always been about freedom, courage, and the extraordinary sensation of being part of something bigger than yourself. At its heart, it is also about a dream: the timeless wish to fly. That is why the jumper in the poster is not shown flying alone, but becoming part of a flock. The birds represent equality and belonging - in the sky, there are no borders or exclusions, only shared space. By taking his place among them, the jumper is not separate but integrated, reminding us that true strength comes when we fly together. The headline “Where Every Jump Belongs” reflects this idea: every person, every effort, and every story has value. Planica becomes more than just a venue for competition - it is a place where sport and community merge, where diversity is welcomed, and where the collective excitement of the jump connects us all. As viewers, we don’t just observe this flight; we become part of its story. We can imagine ourselves as that jumper, carried forward by courage, by spirit, and by the shared energy of those around us. Visually, I chose a clean and modern approach, using gradients and simplified shapes so the focus stays on the motion and energy of the jump. The Mastercard logo is integrated clearly, alongside my improvisation of the Planica mark, holding space for the official identity while keeping the design balanced. In the end, my hope is that this poster is felt not only as an invitation to watch ski jumping, but as a call to join in its flight.
