As we emerge from the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic, it's time to press the Re:Start button and start working towards a better future. How to Re:Start the Future, though? Will our lives go back to normal, and what will the new normal look like for our industry?

The most burning questions will be answered during three days of Virtual Drumming coming up this October. So don’t forget to register for our free-of-charge online festival program that will inspire and empower new ways of creative thinking.

We are excited to announce the first round of speakers who will be joining Golden Drum from 13 to 15 October 2021! He has a 20+ year carrier in the global content and entertainment industry, pushing the boundaries of merging digital platforms, storytelling, brands and audience engagement around big entertainment properties like Big Brother, American Idol, Disney, Lego, Sorted Food, Imagine Dragons and other popular video games, online original content, news programs and innovative TV shows.

Eynat Guez has over 20 years of experience in global workforce management and is one of the leading experts in HR and payroll management in the industry. She is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Papaya Global, one of the fastest growing start-ups in Israel that recently became a unicorn with a valuation of more than $1B. Eynat is investing a lot in diversity and minority populations, both by keeping a diverse population in the company and 50% women ratio as well as by volunteering at Israeli Palestinian economic initiative led by World economic forum.

Miloš Ilić has over 18 years of experience in advertising on few continents and 14 years of experience as Executive Creative Director with solid number of awards. Miloš was teacher in residence at Miami Ad School and creative/strategic consultant for Mars. In search of more meaning, he created brand Stiglo, co-creation platform Lorentzkraft and co-founded brand design and innovation consultancy o5 and creative community Talent Tank 9. He also teaches at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade and apparently enjoys sitting at a rather hectic crossroads of social and technological innovation, design and visual communication.
